Payment

We offer a variety of payment methods so that you can complete your purchase as you prefer.

Whether you want to pay by credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay or other trustworthy payment methods - we make the process secure and smooth. Your personal privacy is very important for us.

Here is an overview the payment options we provide to our customers. Please be aware, that depending on your location and device, not all payment methods might be available to you in our checkout. 

PAYPAL
PayPal is an online payment service that allows you to pay securely, easily and quickly online. To do this, you enter your details once in a PayPal account. After submitting your order, you will be automatically redirected to PayPal. There you enter your registered e-mail address and your personal password and confirm the payment. In the event of a return, the amount will be credited back to your PayPal account.
Paypal is also used if you choose to participate in one of out product raffles. In that case, the amount of your raffle participation is blocked (authorized) on your PayPal account. If you win, we will book the authorized amount and process your order. In the case that you lose, the blocked amount will be relieved in your PayPal account. 


CREDIT CARD (Visa and Mastercard)
You can pay conveniently and securely with your credit card. Based on regulations, this required 3D Secure. Once your credit card is authorized in the payment process, it will be charged immediately.  Please note that in the event of a return, the refund may only be visible on the next credit card statement.
(Credit card payment is not possible for Raffle entries.)


APPLE PAY
If you want to check-out your order on an Apple device, you can choose Apple Pay as payment method, Apple's own payment method that is linked with your Apple ID. With Apple Pay you can use the cards stored in your Apple Pay Wallet, both on mobile and desktop devices. The transaction data is encrypted and not stored.


GOOGLE PAY
You can use Google Pay on Android and in the Chrome browser. With Google Pay you can pay securely and quickly in our checkout using the payment methods you stored with Google.


iDEAL
iDEAL is especially used among our customers from the Netherlands. It was developed in collaboration with Dutch banks and enables consumers to make online payments directly and securely from their bank account.
