Sneaker Freaker

Sneaker Freaker magazine was founded in 2002 by Simon "Woody" Wood in Melbourne, Australia.

Woody initially hoped to get a lot of free pairs from the brands by publishing a magazine about sneakers. Sneaker Freaker was the first fanzine ever to explore the sneaker cosmos. But the love of writing, especially about a favorite subject, was the biggest driver for Woody and his crew. Sneaker Freaker magazine has been around for 20 years now. There have been several attempts to establish comparable magazines on the market, only SF Mag has endured. Even in times of crisis, the magazine has managed to achieve enough sales as a print format. From 2010 to 2013, the magazine even existed as a German-language edition. Nowadays, each new issue comes with different cover motifs. So you can always treat yourself to the issue that presents your favorite sneaker. Thematically, Sneaker Freaker magazine is of course about sneakers and everything around them: releases, facts, stories and interviews. Every sneakerhead should get the issues of Sneaker Freaker Magazine to stay up to date.
