Wales Bonner x adidas
The latest Wales Bonner x adidas collection once again combines sporty functionality with elegant, retro-inspired designs. British designer Grace Wales Bonner, as in her previous collaborations, brings her unmistakable aesthetic, which fuses Afro-diasporic influences with classic tailoring.
The collection consists of a couple of new models, including two adidas Samba colorways, an adidas Samba MN (Millennium), and, for the first time, a version of the iconic adidas Superstar. The combination of classic design with Nappa leather and crocodile-embossed leather is particularly noteworthy, giving the shoes an extravagant touch while retaining their sporty appeal. The shoes are complemented by some clothing pieces such as tracksuits or polo shirts.
Once again, Wales Bonner delivers a stylish, nostalgic, and contemporary statement.
