IFA x OVERKILL -
The streetwear collection - Event Recap
The legendary Internationale Funkausstellung, or IFA for short, is celebrating its 100th anniversary this year. This anniversary should of course be celebrated appropriately. In close collaboration with Overkill, an exclusive selection of streetwear-ready garments has been created. This limited collection embodies the essence of Berlin - authentic, raw and straight from the heart of the city's vibrant scene. The collection includes a variety of streetwear, including hoodies, caps, T-shirts, sweatshirts and a college jacket. With eye-catching logos such as the IFA Funk Otto and subtle designs, each piece makes a statement and will only be available in limited quantities.
During the Fashion Week, we already released a limited edition jersey at SEEK and immediately triggered a little hype. Now the entire collection has been made available to all IFA visitors and is now also available in our online shop.
The beautiful Palais am Funkturm was the place where we set up our pop-up store where the entire collection was available for purchase. Of course, visitors could look forward to various activations, because Overkill events are always something special. Tickets for the 6PM Festival, which took place in the IFA summer garden in the evening, were raffled off among the first buyers. DJ Cyberflex provided musical entertainment at the trade fair stand. At the bar, visitors could stock up on various drinks and take a short break from their tour of the trade fair on cosy seats. As a culinary highlight of a special kind, we offered our guests various cereals and sweets provided by the legendary Späti Neuköllner*innen. There were also two oversized TVs where you could show off your skills on the Playstation and play a bit of FIFA. In the evening, the party was then moved to the IFA summer garden and the 6PM Festival was the place to dance the night away.
