Raffle Drawing Process

We are delighted that you would like to participate in one of our Raffles! Here you will find an overview of the Raffle process. To get to the detailed terms and conditions, please click here. 

• Our Raffles are sweepstakes where users have the opportunity to participate in the chargeable drawing of a very limited number of available products. 
• To participate in the Raffle, select your size on the product page, confirm the terms and conditions and add the product to your shopping cart. Please note that other products you already have in your shopping cart will be removed! Afterwards you go through the checkout with your Raffle product. 
• To participate in the Raffle, you need an Overkill account. Please log in or re-register in the checkout process.
• Only one entry per person is allowed per Raffle, multiple entries will be excluded from the Raffle. This also applies to different sizes of the same product. 
• You can only participate in the Raffle by using PayPal as payment method. To participate, the specified purchase amount will be blocked on your PayPal account ('Authorized') after going through the Raffle checkout until the Raffle expires. We will inform you by e-mail after the Raffle has expired whether you have won. If you win, the reserved amount will be collected and the goods will be shipped to you. If you do not win, the amount will be released, usually within 24 hours after the raffle ends. However, in extreme situations with a very lange number of participants, the release might be delayed up to 2 working days (Monday - Friday, excl. public holidays). 
• The duration and the date of the Raffle draw are stated on the respective Raffle landing page. The draw is based on the random principle. Winners are determined completely randomly by using automated algorhytms. The chances of being a winner of the Raffle Product also depend on the number of valid entry forms received.
• The participation of minors as well as the participation of users who are not acting as consumers is not allowed. Also excluded is the participation of users who are located in one of the countries or territories to which Overkill does not offer delivery (see all shipping countries here).
